Setting up the Timer

Here’s how to set it up:

1. Select the number of rounds you want (how many times you want to do the EMOM)
2. Select the length of EMOM you’d like via the selector at the bottom left part of the screen.
   • E1MOM - Every 1 minute on the minute
   • E90S - Every 90 seconds
   • E2MOM - Every 2 minutes on the minute
   • E3MOM - Every 3 minutes on the minute
   • … all the way up to
   • E10MOM - Every 10 minutes on the minute
   • If you need different EMOM intervals, use the highly customizable Interval timer
3. Press the checkmark.
4. Press play to begin the countdown
5. Get after it for each EMOM 💪
